Course Description

The Cashiering Training module will equip Cashiers with the knowledge on using the cashdesk module to perform

  • customer transactions with Player Cards, 
  • Tables transactions (Fills, Credits, Openers and Closers)
  • and shift related transactions

Pre-requisite:

  • Basic computer skills
  • Experience working as a cashier

I started in the gaming industry in 2002 as an IT Technician at Emperors palace. In 2004, I joined ACES in a training capacity, and later on doing support, installations and testing of the ACE System. I left in 2008 to join Sun International as Quality Assurance and Gaming Specialist.  At Sun, I tested various slot machine software against the online system before any machine software changes were allowed to be made. In 2014, I returned to the ACE Family as a Systems Analyst, doing support and testing. I am now dedicated to special projects, including creating the Training Videos you see here on our site!I have gained a wealth of knowledge ranging from Training, IT, Cashiering, Tables, Slots and Casino administration through my years in the gaming industry.
