Event Browser, the "big brother".  Everything happening in the casino can be viewed live on Event Browser.  Useful for Surveillance and Audit departments, and invaluable for Slots related dispute resolution or investigations.

I started in the gaming industry in 2002 as an IT Technician at Emperors palace. In 2004, I joined ACES in a training capacity, and later on doing support, installations and testing of the ACE System. I left in 2008 to join Sun International as Quality Assurance and Gaming Specialist.  At Sun, I tested various slot machine software against the online system before any machine software changes were allowed to be made. In 2014, I returned to the ACE Family as a Systems Analyst, doing support and testing. I am now dedicated to special projects, including creating the Training Videos you see here on our site!I have gained a wealth of knowledge ranging from Training, IT, Cashiering, Tables, Slots and Casino administration through my years in the gaming industry.
